Information we process and why
We process your email, display name, authentication/session records, settings, trial/subscription status, processing jobs, usage totals and security/audit events to provide the service, manage access and billing, prevent abuse, resolve support requests and meet applicable obligations. Uploaded audio, pasted text, transcripts, study notes and instructions are processed to produce and save the results you request.
Service providers and AI
Supabase stores account and database records in the existing eu-central-1 project. Cloudflare hosts the app, private R2 lecture objects, queues, authentication email and AI text review. Google Gemini currently processes production audio and text. The unpaid Gemini tier may use submitted content to improve products and may involve human review. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information. Providers may process data outside Israel; this service does not promise that all processing stays in one country.
When live payments open, Paddle will act as merchant of record and process checkout, payment details, tax and refund requests under its own privacy policy. We receive subscription/customer references and status, not raw card numbers or CVV. Live payments remain disabled; staging uses test transactions only.
Storage, retention and deletion
Private lecture objects are associated with the signed-in account and require authenticated access. Audio is retained while its transcription job is pending; successful jobs remove their input, and completed/failed job objects expire after 30 days. Saved lectures persist until you delete them or your account. Essential browser storage keeps sessions, preferences, local lectures and recording-recovery drafts on your device. Exports are generated locally without another AI call.
Account deletion requires recent sign-in and resolution of pending processing and billing. It removes private cloud lectures in both environments and the account; it cannot erase exports, local drafts or copies on other devices. Security/billing audit records and provider transaction records may remain where necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations. Provider retention rules also apply.
Your choices and requests
You can update account details, export saved notes, revoke sessions and request account deletion in Settings. For access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint, contact moshe@mosheschwartzberg.com; we may verify account ownership and respond according to applicable law. Providing account information is necessary to register; uploading lecture material is your choice. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Material policy changes will be communicated before they apply.
