1. The service

StudentTranscribe turns recordings, audio files, pasted text and public YouTube videos into transcripts and study notes. AI output may contain errors or omissions. Check results against the original lecture; the service does not replace authoritative course material or professional advice.

2. Accounts and permitted use

Keep your login details secure and verify your email. Upload only material you own or have permission to process and share with the processing providers, including any required recording consent. Do not upload unlawful, confidential or sensitive material, misuse another account, bypass limits or interfere with the service. Abuse may lead to suspension.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over, in accordance with the AI provider terms.

3. AI and data processing

Processing sends your audio and transcript to Google Gemini and your transcript and summary to Cloudflare AI for review or backup analysis. The current Gemini account uses the unpaid tier: content may be used to improve Google products and reviewed by humans. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information you cannot lawfully share. Provider terms and international processing apply. 4. Trial, price and coupons

The 30-day trial starts when your account is created. The approved monthly subscription is ₪49 for the first paid month for new subscribers, then ₪59 per month, including applicable tax. The introductory discount applies once per account. The planned paid allowance is 150 lecture hours per billing month; unused hours do not roll over. Live checkout remains disabled until payment approval and allowance verification. Starting the free trial does not authorize an automatic payment. After the trial, saved lectures remain available for viewing and export; new processing requires an active entitlement.

A valid coupon gives an additional discount on the ₪49 introductory first payment only, subject to eligibility and provider configuration. Its stated discount and expiry apply. Coupons cannot be combined or exchanged for cash and do not bypass account limits. Confirm the final price at checkout before paying.

5. Availability and your content

You retain your rights to uploaded material and authorize processing and storage for requested features. Job, upload and storage limits apply; provider availability may delay processing. Drafts stay on your device for recovery. Export important material and keep your own copy; uninterrupted availability and permanent storage are not guaranteed.

6. Contact, changes and legal rights

Contact CodeCrafter through the website for account, privacy or service questions. Material terms and price changes will be communicated before they apply. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. Cancellation and refund details are in the linked policy.
